Professional Development Sessions

A programação incluiu duas sessões de desenvolvimento profissional sobre como fazer a comunicação científica, decisões da carreira, redação de projetos e de artigos. Durante estas atividades, os alunos não apenas ouviram os palestrantes, mas também realizaram exercícios e participaram ativamente das discussões.

Timothy Hanks

The "Next Generation Ambassadors of Chemistry". The label evokes the image of individuals who are young, yet distinguished; bilingual and bicultural, but representatives of their homeland; scientists, but also citizens of tomorrow. And so they are. It was an honor to listen to their technical talks and also to speak with them about important communication skills that they will need to develop throughout their career. Ambassadors, I salute you. Our short time together left me encouraged by depth of your thinking about our science and your role in making the world a better place.
