Food Analytical Methods in Latin America – FANM-LATAM

Dear Colleague,

We are happy to announce "Food Analytical Methods in Latin America – FANM-LATAM" special issue.

Goals: the goals of this special issue is to publish papers related to analytical methods devoted to food analysis. Innovative, useful and outstanding methods for food analysis are very welcome. This issue will not consider routine and incremental analytical method.

Potential authors: Researchers from Latin America
Begin of the manuscripts submissions: December 2018
End of the manuscripts submissions: March 2019
