Instruct-ERIC International Access Call

We are delighted to announce the opening of the Instruct access call for International users. In the last 4 years Instruct has been working to strengthen the collaboration with the international structural biology community, in particular with Latin America.

In this context, we are starting Instruct-ERIC International Access Calls by offering the opportunity for scientists working in institutions that have signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) to apply to access the Instruct Research Infrastructure. The institutions eligible are: Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular de Rosario (IBR, Argentina), Instituto de Investigaciones Bioquímicas de La Plata ¨Prof. Dr. R.R.Brenner¨ (INIBIOLP, Argentina), Instituto de Química y Fisicoquímica Biológicas (IQUIFIB, Argentina),Centro de Biología Estructural (CBE, Venezuela), The Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP, Brazil), Institut Pasteur Montevideo (Uruguay), Universidad de la República (UdelaR, Uruguay) and Leloir Institute Foundation (Argentina) Up to 10 proposals will be selected with funds provided to cover access costs for Instruct centre(s) hosting approved proposals. Travel and lodging costs will be the responsibility of the Latin America group who are encouraged to contact the project Microbes funded by CYTED for possible additional source of funding.

Review process: Proposals will be reviewed by a panel comprising representatives from two Instruct Centres plus two members of the Instruct-ERIC Independent Scientific Advisory Board.
